1. Refund Period
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for digital products and consultation services purchased from Washvibrant. The refund period begins from the date of purchase.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be made within 14 days of purchase. The digital product or service must not have been fully consumed or utilised beyond a reasonable trial period.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at info@washvibrant.world with your purchase details and reason for requesting a refund. We will respond within 5 business days to confirm eligibility and process your request.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund: consultation services already delivered; access-based memberships after 7 days of access; items purchased at a discount of 50% or more; products explicitly marked as non-refundable at purchase.
6. Cancellation of Services
If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, you may do so with at least 48 hours notice to receive a full refund. Cancellations with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
7. Disputes
If you believe a refund was handled incorrectly, please contact us within 14 days of the refund decision. We will review and respond to disputes within 10 business days.
